YPF Sociedad Anónima (YPF) is an Argentina-based integrated oil and gas company. It operates through several segments, including Upstream, which involves the exploration, development, and production of crude oil, natural gas, and LPG; Downstream, which includes the refining, marketing, transportation, and distribution of oil and a wide range of petroleum products, petroleum derivatives, petrochemicals, LPG, and bio-fuels; and Gas and Power, which markets natural gas to third parties and manages LNG Regasification Terminals. The company also has a Central Administration and Other segment that covers corporate administrative expenses, construction activities, and environmental remediation. YPF is listed on both the Bolsa de Buenos Aires and the New York Stock Exchange and is one of the largest energy companies in Argentina, with a significant presence in the domestic energy market.
